FoPo Lithuanian pancakes

New ideas to naturally spice up your ordinary morning pancakes! By using FoPo mango/ olive/ calamansi/ pineapple powders, you can conveniently add more fun flavors to your breakfast. Here's how:

Servings: 5                        Time: 1 h

Ingredients:

120 g flour
250 ml milk
2 eggs
oil/butter for greasing the pan

Olive (per 1 large pancake):

1 - 2 tsp FoPo olive powder
1 large tbsp of cottage cheese
1 chopped dried tomato

As topping: 1 tsp cream cheese, 1/2 dried tomato, rucola, parmesan

Apple (per 1 large pancake):
1 - 2 tsp FoPo apple powder
1 large tbsp of cottage cheese
1/4 tsp cinnamon

As topping: 1 tsp cream cheese, honey, nuts

Banana (per 1 large pancake):
1 tsp FoPo banana powder
1 large tbsp of cottage cheese

As topping: 1 tsp cream cheese, chocolate sauce

Calamansi/Pineapple/Mango (per 1 large pancake):

1 - 2 tsp FoPo Calamansi/Pineapple/Mango powder

1 large tbsp of cottage cheese

As topping: 1 tsp cream cheese, extra sprinkle of powder

Procedure:

Mix all ingredients for the pancake with a whisk until it forms smooth, runny batter. Heat the pan with butter or oil and make 5 large pancakes by scooping the dough onto the pan and swirling quickly. Fry shortly on both sides. 

For cream cheese filling, mix all ingredients well, spread on pancake (leave ca. 3 cm free around the edges) and fold. 

Put all pancakes on a greased baking pan or baking tray with baking parchment and bake a 200 `C for 20 min.
